How I Completed the 5th Day of the 5 Day RESET in USANA

The Finale' - Day 5 of USANA RESET 5 Day Jump Start Written May 26, 2014 at 3:01pm Completed Friday 23 May 2014 - The 5th Day of Usana RESET! Click here to follow the previous notes... Day-1 | Day-2 | Day-3 | Day-4 Woke up feeling very energized and slim around the tummy. My Activities for today   I walked for an hour in the afternoon but unfortunately I had accidentally paused the MapMyWalk app and it did not record the entire distance and calories burned (blast!). The app said I had burned 266 calories but from previous walks I estimate that I burned around 300 calories, so I went with that :) Food that I took... I stuck to my normal eating routine of:   Dutch Chocolate Nutrimeal sachet with banana, Fibergy and coconut oil (no endive or rocket today) for breakfast; Dutch Chocolate Nutrimeal shake for lunch with a tablespoon of Fibergy; same again for dinner. For snacks I had two Rev3 surge sachet drinks, an apple and three Usana bars. ...

Thank goodness for the phone apps as I doubt I would have had the motivation to do exercise today. I woke up feeling great and got a lot done but by the afternoon I was feeling a bit low. No real reason.  But as the day went on it got gloomy and looked like rain and my walking gear was not quite dry from being washed earlier.

She has been jotting down everything she has been doing on a daily basis with food intake, exercise and nutrition. I love my phone apps. MapMyWalk and MyFitnessPal They help me track my exercise and the number of calories I eat and burn off. I would not say there are super accurate but they do help. So if I go over a little on the calories I do not get too alarmed. It just helps me gauge how I am going on a day to day basis. More about Nutrimeal ! How I had been feeling!A week or so ago I was feeling a little sluggish and slack due to a slow down in the exercise area.  Result - my pants feeling a bit tight around the waist band! There were a lot of reasons for it.... How I Lost 3.5 Kgs on RESET | 5 Day Usana RESET Is Amazing!

Here are some tips I jotted down that may prove to be useful to you as you move into your weight loss journey! Look what I actually lost over the entire 90 days. Starting to Eat Meals Again! 1. I replaced my evening #Nutrimeal shake with a a small meal of omelet and a big plate of fresh #garden #vegetables. I sprinkled some hot chilli on it along with cracked pepper and relished it.   Change of Exercise! 2. I replaced my 5Km walk with a good 15 minutes of swimming in the sea. The water was refreshing and the ocean was the best treat I had this year.   The #WeightLoss Results So Far From 88kgs to 84.5 on Day Seven Morning! Many of you have heard how I lost 17 pounds over 90 days in USANA RESET in early 2014. It was part of the 90 day challenge that I took part in. Losing weight was very important to me and late last year in Dec 2013 I decided that enough is enough and I just had to make a clean break and not try to do things in a haphazard manner as before.
